Commercial retail loans may be issued to companies or individuals and do not require an LLC, personal income verification, or tax returns. Commercial housing includes land acquisition, land development, and vertical construction for building subdivisions of single and multi-family residential communities.

Direct Commercial Loan Range: $500,000 to $50,000,000

NILE TURTLE LENDING TEAM provides liquidity, complex financial consultations, and private equity brokerage services for business of all sizes. Businesses must be in operation for at least 6 months with revenue of at least $10,000 per month to qualify.
